It is with our pleasure to inform you the exciting news that as of Friday 1st December 2018, LabelServe Limited is now owned by Midland Regional Printers Limited.

Labelserve Limited are a label manufacturing company, that specialise in a large range of printed fabric and self-adhesive labels. First established in 2001, LabelServe have a wealth of experience and knowledge in custom and barcode self-adhesive labels, label manufacturing and printed fabric labels.

With the support of Midland Regional Printers staff and logistics with many synergies between the two companies, this will help to enhance the customer experience and the range of printed products available.

LabelServe will be retaining all the current staff, premises and equipment, providing you with the quality and level of service you are accustomed to with little to no impact.

Midland Regional Printers continues to invest – installing a Lamina Laminator

We are very proud to announce we have installed a new state of the art Lamina FA Blackline 1600/800 automated laminator. With this Swedish press we are able to bring mounting in-house offering more versatility, productivity and efficiency. We believe this machine will offer better options to our existing clients, improve turnaround times and also open up new markets. Going forward, we foresee a lot of growth in this area with more people shopping online, the rising growth of subscription boxes and our clients looking for environmentally friendly options moving away from plastic packaging.

The Lamina is designed for sheet-to-sheet mounting of paper and cardboard to board – both solid and corrugated. With a running speed of 5,000 sheets per hour, the Lamina takes sheets up to 450gsm and mounts them onto a variety of boards with a thickness of up to 10mm. It has edge-to-edge registration accuracy and automatic feeding for both its top and bottom feeder.

All the CAD design, printing, corrugated mounting, die-cutting and gluing takes place at our Nottingham site. Alongside this we also offer full self-adhesive label and ribbon printing, maintaining colour consistency across your all your printed products.

To keep up with the latest technology, we have also recently invested in a six-colour Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 106, an Easymatrix 106 die-cutter, Bar Graphic Elite die-cutter slitter rewinder and Tharstons MIS workflow.
